As the Supervisor - Operations (Supply Chain Services), you will lead a team responsible for supporting specialized customer programs focused on light assembly, value-added services, quality control, and data center infrastructure projects. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule while meeting customer requirements and service level expectations. You will supervise and develop a team of associates, providing coaching, training, performance management, and leadership to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, operational, and audit requirements, including adherence to detailed work instructions and processes supporting high-visibility customer projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally to manage project timelines, resolve customer issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure operational readiness as the business grows.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
