The Impact You'll Make

You will be the front-line leader who brings the daily plan to life, ensuring your team delivers safe, high-quality output every shift. Your leadership will directly influence productivity, quality, and customer delivery performance across manufacturing and distribution.

By supporting operators, removing barriers, and reinforcing standard work, you will help create a stable, predictable, and efficient operation. You will play a key role in identifying issues early and turning them into improvements that benefit the entire site.

Through your leadership and Danfoss behaviors, you will help build an inclusive and respectful team environment where everyone—across roles, shifts, and backgrounds—feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead shift execution and team coordination to deliver safe, on-time, and high-quality output
• Coach team members on standard work, safety, and quality to build skills and accountability
• Monitor performance metrics and address issues quickly to maintain productivity and flow
• Escalate risks and remove barriers to keep operations running smoothly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and prevent repeat issues

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
• Understanding of daily operations and performance metrics such as output, quality, and efficiency
• Strong communication and coaching skills to support and develop diverse team members
• Ability to identify issues and drive timely escalation and resolution
• Leadership mindset aligned with Danfoss behaviors, including accountability, teamwork, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
