This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth transportation, maintaining safety standards, and supporting warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

Truck & Transportation Management

• Approve and record charter truck arrangements

• Align schedules and coordinate transportation plans

• Work with the call center and customers to resolve transport issues

• Handle urgent or irregular transportation requests

Safety Management (HSSE)

• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures

• Support traffic risk reduction initiatives

• Provide safety training for new hires and temporary staff

• Report and manage safety incidents

Operational Support

• Manage purchase requests related to operations and safety

• Drive and monitor continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives

• Coordinate garbage collection schedules with vendors

Staff & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with staffing agencies (Haken) for manpower arrangements

• Align schedules with external warehouses and communicate with customers

• Arrange labor schedules at the port based on container movements

Inventory & Equipment Management

• Update inventory levels at external warehouses

• Manage inspection schedules for material handling equipment (MHE)
