Wat ga je doen?
Als Production (Cell) Leader zorg jij ervoor dat onze productiecel soepel draait. Je organiseert het werk, houdt het overzicht, lost knelpunten op en ziet erop toe dat alles veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen gebeurt. Je coacht je team, stimuleert verbeteringen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de Operations Manager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen en ontwikkelen van een divers team van technici.
  • Bewaken van productieplanning, voortgang en kwaliteit.
  • Coachen, evalueren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van continue verbeterprojecten.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • Rapporteren over prestaties, capaciteit en resultaten.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een technische productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring in onderhoud, revisie of overhaul van producten; ervaring in de luchtvaart is een pré.
  • Goede beheersing van technisch Engels (B1) is vereist.
  • Resultaatgericht, praktisch ingesteld en een echte teamspeler.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for technical production processes? Do you want to manage a team of 15–25 skilled specialists and ensure that top-quality products are delivered every day? Then we want to hear from you!

What you will do:
As a Production (Cell) Leader, you will ensure the smooth operation of our production cell. You organize work, monitor progress, solve bottlenecks, and make sure everything is executed safely and according to the highest quality standards. You coach your team, drive improvement initiatives, and act as the point of contact for the Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of technicians.
  • Monitor production planning, progress, and quality.
  • Coach, evaluate, and develop team members.
  • Initiate and support continuous improvement (CI) projects.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
  • Report on performance, capacity, and results.

Who we are looking for:

  • MBO 4 level of education, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a technical production environment.
  • Experience in maintenance, repair, or overhaul of products; aviation experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in technical English (B1) is a must.
  • Results-driven, practical, and a strong team player.
