WhatYou’llDo:
Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery,costand engagementare consistently achieved.
Plan andallocateresources (people, materials, equipment, systems) to optimise production performance.
Monitor daily KPIs,identifyrisks early, and drive corrective actions through structured problem-solving
Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build capability and support succession planning.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leading Lean initiatives and change programmes that enhance operational performance.
Lead the DailyManagementprocess and ensuretransparency of performance andclear communication through tiered review meetingsand effective shift handover processes
Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering,HR,Financeand other stakeholders to support process optimisation and business growth.
Supporttimelyand proactiverecruitment and workforce planning,utilisingcapacity planningtoolsand competency development toolsto align production capability with customer demand.
Drive consistent and effectiveperformance management within Operations.
Maintain a safe, compliant, and positive working environment aligned with regulatory and company standards,policiesand procedures
Provide input to Operations strategic planningasrequired
Owner of NC/CAPAandanyother dutiesdeemednecessary by Management
WhatYou’llNeed:
5+yearsofindustry experience, preferably within amanufacturing environment.
Level 6orBachelor'sdegree in Business, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experienceindriving process or continuous improvement initiatives(Green Belt or above) preferred
Travel Percentage: 10%
