Обязанности: Ensure effective end-to-end warehouse management, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts and non-conforming products. Take full ownership of inventory accuracy and warehouse assets, including financial accountability for stock and materials. Cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and material flow. Participation and support of system and process improvements (ERP/WMS enhancements, digitalization initiatives). Manage all inventory transactions in ERP system (1C), ensuring timely and accurate recording of stock movements. Ensure proper storage conditions, organization, and compliance with warehouse management principles (bin locations, SKU control, labeling). Drive inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and full stock takes; identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Coordinate daily operations with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and issue resolution. Monitor and improve warehouse performance through KPIs (stock accuracy, handling time, losses, process compliance). Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, optimize space utilization, and reduce operational risks. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Act as key point of contact for suppliers and contractors on warehouse-related matters. Требования: Professional or technical vocational education, higher degree preferrable At least 2-3 years of experience in warehousing affairs Proficiency in warehouse documentation and workflow. Deep understanding of warehouse principles, including bin locations (address storage), SKU management, and nomenclature. Hands-on experience with ERP software (specifically 1C or equivalent). Proven track record in conducting and participating in full and cycle inventories. Fluency in Georgian, English or Russian on B1+ level MS office programs on basic level at least
