Job Shift: Second ShiftAs the Supervisor of Crisis Response - 1st Shift, your experience in crisis line or call center programs, dispatch services, or other crisis intervention services will be instrument in your success in providing supervision and oversight of our 24/7 crisis line services. You will directly supervise Crisis Response Advocates who are providing information, referrals, shelter screens, safety plans, lethality assessment program assistance, and supportive crisis counseling. Your skill at working compassionately and effectively with people facing crisis or immediate danger will serve you well in supporting callers to our crisis line.

We are committed to providing supportive services that foster hope, promote self-sufficiency, and rebuild lives. As such, in your role, you can expect your responsibilities to include:
- Ensuring delivery of trauma-informed, comprehensive support for those who call the crisis line.
- Participating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of crisis line services and procedures.
- Overseeing program compliance with service standards and ensuring the timely and accurate entry of data into the client database.
- Providing regular individual and group supervision for Crisis Response Advocates and facilitating team meetings.
- Working in collaboration with other supervisors to make decisions regarding crisis line operations and always ensuring proper crisis line coverage.
- Engaging and nurturing community partner relationships, including but not limited to Metro United Way, University of Louisville Hospital, SANE Community partners, and Louisville Metro Police Department for lethality assessment program needs.
- Participating in Center Leadership initiatives, meetings, and committees and participating in and leading training as assigned.
- Participating in on-call rotation as scheduled.
- Successfully completing KCADV Level I certification within first year of CWF employment and maintaining certification for duration of employment with CWF.
To be a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a call center environment. You will have knowledge of how to build rapport and engagement over the phone and awareness of local/regional supportive resources. A bachelors degree or higher is preferred.
Your compensation for your role as Supervisor of Crisis Response is $45,833.30 - 51,562.46 annually. The Center requires vaccination, but as an alternative, allows for those partially or unvaccinated to test weekly for COVID-19. The Center requires masks to be worn always.
