We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Supervisor of Azure Integration Services to lead our integration team in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Azure-based integration solutions for enterprise clients.

• Manage a team of integration developers and architects, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, application development, and infrastructure.

• Define and enforce best practices for integration patterns, security, scalability, and performance.

• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

• Stay current with Azure platform updates and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in integration services, with at least 3 years focused on Azure Integration Services.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Azure API Management

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Azure Functions

  • Event Grid / Event Hub

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate).

• Experience with hybrid integration scenarios involving on-premises systems.

• Knowledge of other integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica) is a plus.

• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
