This position is responsible for the direct supervision, oversight, and coaching of assigned ISI, Radiography, and Complex NDE Coordinators, and as well as ISI NDE Level III personnel at McGuire, Oconee, Catawba, Robinson, Harris and Brunswick. Task include conducting annual and mid-year performance reviews, time approval, expense report review and approval, and in field observations of ISI and Complex NDE Team members, including contract workers personnel.
This position will be expected to perform supervisory functions within the site corrective action program and to coordinate and/or perform self-assessments and participate in industry benchmarking trips.
This candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of plant personnel and management.
This position will interface with site ANII, NRC, Complex NDE Vendors and other internal and external stakeholders, as needed.
The candidate will be expected to assist in the development of online and outage ISI and Complex NDE budgets, invoice approval, and the identification of cost and manpower savings opportunities and to act upon those that are within their area or responsibility.
