As our Night Shift Supervisor on the Waterfront Project, you will be leading and supporting a workforce of approximately 30 personnel across the 3:00pm to 1:00am shift. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Initially overseeing structural steel installation works, including subcontractor coordination and work sequencing, before transitioning into the fit-out phase of the project. The role works closely with project teams and site stakeholders to maintain productivity, address on-site challenges, and support the successful delivery of key project milestones.
