WHO YOU ARE:
This position supervises all aspects of our internal Sales Executives daily activity. This position is responsible for the production of sales for the internal Sales Executive team of up to 12 individual contributors. You will be responsible for keeping track of their daily activities and ongoing compliance as required by GlobalHealth and CMS. You will accountable for their production.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assists Director with development of strategic plan to maximize GlobalHealth MA sales, maintaining expert-level health plan product knowledge and competitor and ideal customer understanding to position GlobalHealth as plan of choice for prospective members.
- Assigns territories and sets and monitors sales quota for MA sales team to ensure targets are on track.
- Reviews and analyzes sales reports; uses data to project sales, encourages and creates new tactics to assist the team in meeting their minimum sales requirements.
- Collaborates and coordinates with the Director of Medicare Advantage Sales on lead generation.
- Sets sales goals and ensures the sales team stays task oriented to maximize success.
- Assists Account Executives in scheduling and conducting enrollment meetings, community outreach events, health fairs, etc.
- Maintains customer sales documentation via internal CRM.
- Conducts open enrollment meetings/health fairs, and grassroots marketing throughout the year.
- Develops and maintains the GlobalHealth ongoing sales training programs to improve sales skills and prepare new account executives for field sales.
- Markets to health plan providers as appropriate to establish partnership opportunities for direct sales to prospective members.
- Supervises a team of Account Executives, to include training, mentoring, time management, ride-a-longs, performance evaluation and other supervisory activities.
- Must maintain confidentiality of business information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), as required by HIPAA and company policy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field (preferred) and/or five years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or Medicare Advantage industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active Oklahoma Health and Accident Producer License.
- One year of previous supervisory experience required.
- Upon hire, must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification annually.
- Valid state Drivers License and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical effort represented by frequent handling of light objects (approx. 10-40 lbs.) and materials. Typically, work is performed in the field working with agents, setting up grassroots marketing events and networking with PCP groups or other community resources. Some work is conducted in a general office or other equivalently good environment with minimal existing or potential hazards. When visiting a members home or other community event, this position may be temporarily exposed to unfavorable conditions such as variable temperatures, cramped space, and/or dirty or unpleasant quarters.
TRAVEL:
In-state travel required up to 75% of the time.
