
Supervisors are key leadership figures within the media investment team who bridge the gap between high-level client strategy and hands-on tactical execution. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire investment process for a portfolio of accounts, managing the professional development of the buying team, and serving as the primary point of communication for planning teams and clients regarding investment strategies.
The Supervisor’s role is to drive the overarching video and audio investment strategy and lead high-stakes negotiations. This requires advanced marketplace expertise and a holistic view of the evolving media landscape, ensuring the seamless integration of AM/FM radio, digital audio, linear television, and connected TV (CTV/OTT) to meet and exceed client business objectives.
