Be part of the team delivering Australia’s next generation of energy projects.OVERVIEW ABOUT UGL UGL New Energy & Industrial team are recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor for the Sybella Wind Farm near Mount ISA. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards, while coordinating teams and resolving challenges in real time.
Your duties and responsibilities:Supervise mechanical installation works onsite to meet project timelinesCoordinate subcontractors and crews to ensure efficient executionMonitor quality of works and ensure compliance with specificationsIdentify and resolve site issues to minimise delaysEnsure safe work practices and lead daily pre-startsTrack progress and support reporting to project leadership
Your skills and experience:Trade or technical qualification in mechanical disciplineProven experience in a supervisory role on construction projectsExperience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projectsStrong leadership and contractor management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSolid communication skills and commitment to safety
