
The Supervisor/Division Administration is responsible for leading and providing direction for the operating Division Warehouse, Materials Management, Auto Shop, Fleet Management, Building Maintenance, Security and functions related to Budgets and Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Property Accounting, and Contracts Administration in compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
POSITION DIMENSIONS
Reporting directly to this position are up to three exempt and up to six non-exempt support staff personnel. This position is responsible for a budget up to $15M. The incumbent must be able to influence senior management, department heads and frequently exchanges information with them. The incumbent also frequently exchanges information with professional personnel from various internal departments, vendors, consultants, government officials, customers and contractors.

This position requires five to seven years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant field, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities is required.

$84,585 - $122,684
