Job scope
• Conduct all master data for readiness and available on time by refer mile stone.
• Change management control for master data and system concern.
• Create system for control, record, tracking for improvement daily task.
• Aware and alert for timeline and event for effect to testing phase and mass production timeline in portion of Product Master Data.
• Problem Solving and feedback idea and preventive solution to Master Data Organization in defining data quality and simplify way of working.
• Analysis and improvement for find the better way of working for shorten lead time and corrective information. Moreover for find the preventive way for prevent information mistake.
• Represent of Development team to participate cross functional data management and governance model.
• Document and maintain business definition and processes.
• Lead Project for concern system management, progrming concern etc.
Change Management
• Manage the changes to data processes to ensure alignment with change on core business processes.
Management Consultation
• Give advice in coaching, mentoring and guiding subordinator and team.
• Manage team to meet KPI and goal setting.
Knowledge and Opportunity
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and dialogue across business functions and stakeholders.
Relationships& Collaboration
• Establish and maintain good relationships across the business.
• Steakholder Management for good collaboration.
