The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

The Market Liaison Supervisor will manage full-time non-exempt sales support teammates and will be accountable for delivering on sales growth targets. This role involves developing and enhancing the team’s sales support skills, driving performance growth, and supporting company and market initiatives. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, managing, and in-field training of the sales liaison team. This role will require field time with sales team and require frequent travel to Harrisburg and Philadelphia area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Management team in the region to ensure strategies are aligned.
  • Accountable for growth in the assigned accounts supported by the customer relationship liaison team.
  • Spend 2-3 days per week in the field with sales employees, referrals, and other decision-makers.
  • Promotes staff compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Promotes vehicle safety including review and follow up of teammate driving reports where applicable.
  • Provide coaching and model desired behaviors to enhance employees' understanding of concepts and techniques.
  • Create an inspiring team atmosphere with open communication.
  • Set clear, concise, and attainable team goals.
  • Motivate team members to be fully engaged and perform at their fullest potential.
  • Lead by example with clear direction and candid feedback.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED required. At least three years of related industry experience in sales or logistics leadership
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid Driver’s License.
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Strong business acumen, field credibility, administrative and time management skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Experience with FDA/DOT/Commercial Drivers required. Knowledge of DOT, FDA, and OSHA regulations
  • Computer Skills Proficiency in Salesforce.com, sales targeting data, Microsoft suite, etc.
  • Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal).
  • Mathematical Skills Basic Math Skills.
  • Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be able to travel by plane and automobile (if applicable). Extensive travel within the market, over 75%.
