Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Manufacturing Engineering (Designation up to Manager)

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive cycle time reduction, line balancing, and productivity improvements through time & motion studies.
• Support production during trials, ramp‑ups, and steady‑state manufacturing with quick issue resolution
• Lead concept development, design validation, and implementation of automation and SPM solutions for Assembly, Rotor, Winding ,Lamination and Shell operations.
• Ensure automation delivers targeted ROI, throughput, and quality improvements.

• Drive process improvements, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization through innovative engineering solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Identify and execute cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives using Lean / CI methodologies.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in low cost automation and
• Background in mid-sized manufacturing organizations, Motor Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and machine design.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Designation: Up to Manager level, based on experience and suitability.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Certifications:

• Lean Six Sigma

Travel: Yes, up to 20%

Languages: English, Hindi
