Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
  • Responsible for applying engineering principles to optimize equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets, ensuring improved equipment maintainability, reliability, and availability.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of complex, sustainable, and robust projects to achieve cost, quality, and performance targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic environments. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, 6S, and ISO systems.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and engineering software such as Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and similar tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan tasks, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience training and developing team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the reception of newly acquired equipment (custom-built, catalog, new or modified), ensuring all required documentation, training, tools, materials, and resources are in place to support long-term maintainability.
  • Lead the validation and acceptance of new or transferred equipment, including functionality, documentation, safety compliance, and backups.
  • Provide engineering support for the launch and setup of new production lines.
