Supervisor, Maintenance-18314
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams in order to achieve the planned work and production goals.
What you will be responsible for:
• Coordinate Operations activities between hangars.
• Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.
• Perform hangar audits.
• Provide technical support as required.
• Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Travel may be required.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• All other duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful in this role:
• This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
• High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
• Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must possess a current and active FAA A&P License.
• Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing).
