Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Lucky North VIP Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. What you will do?

• Ensure Lucky North VIP team members are appropriately trained and set up for development
• Monitor guest behaviour, leading conflict resolution and taking appropriate action
• Issue free play credits, and match and play offers
• Ensure promotions and promotional material are implemented on time
• Assist guests with information on reservations for restaurants, hotel rooms, attractions, transport, travel, and special events

More about you

• 2 years’ experience in a casino or relevant customer service role
• Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling
• NT Casino Operative’s Licence
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering, responsible service of gambling, and responsible service of alcohol
• Excellent written and verbal communication, numeracy, literacy, organisation, and presentation skills
• Computer literate, including Microsoft office, data bases, and player tracking systems
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
