What You Will Do

  • Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations to achieve service levels, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and operational continuity targets.
  • Manage operational priorities, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient execution of business objectives and customer commitments.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining accurate operational data to support informed decision-making and governance.
  • Drive process optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data-driven methodologies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan resources, support business growth initiatives, and ensure operational readiness for new products, services, and organisational changes.
  • Lead employee development, recruitment, performance management, and engagement activities to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to address operational requirements, resolve issues, and improve service performance.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English & Swedish language proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams within a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or operational environment.
  • Experience managing operational performance through KPIs, metrics, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Lean certification or formal Lean training.
  • Project Management certification or formal Project Management training.
  • Minimum 1 year of direct people management experience.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives in an operational environment.

Sweden Pay Ranges:

  • Sweden: kr448.000 - kr746.000 SEK Annual
