· Supports the Mission of Palmetto Goodwill – Supervising all Food Service Workers to include individuals with disabilities so they can fulfill their full potential through the power and dignity of work.
· Trains employees to properly perform duties.
· Maintains high level of cleanliness and sanitation during all four meal services.
· At the end of the meal, thoroughly clean facility, equipment, and cookware in accordance with Statement of Work and Military cleaning guidelines.
· Safely operates various types of equipment in the performance of duties.
· Maintains a safe and organized workspace to include floors, storage areas and customer service areas.
· Provides input to Project Manager on employee schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
· Plans work assignments to ensure daily and weekly production goals are met.
· Performs daily inspections and report on the productivity and safety of the operation.
· Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
· Performs other duties/tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Supervise employees and manage the project in a cost-effective manner by establishing and applying sound supervisory policies pertaining to the organization, customer relations and workflow. Responsible for training, management and supervision of all Food Service Workers assigned at the contract site. Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies. Maintain work areas, equipment kitchen utensils and cookware in a clean and sanitary condition under the supervision of the Project Manager. Assists Project Manager with creating and maintaining reports and records as required. Must work weekends.
