This role sits at the intersection of legal operations, process management, and team coordination within a highly structured and technology-driven legal environment. You will be responsible for overseeing operational legal workflows, ensuring the efficient distribution and execution of tasks across internal teams and external partners. The position plays a key role in maintaining service quality, meeting deadlines, and improving operational efficiency through continuous monitoring and process optimization. You will also support reporting, backlog management, and performance tracking to ensure visibility and control over daily activities. Working in a remote setup with occasional in-person interactions, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and fast-paced legal tech environment. Accountabilities:

• Supervise legal operational activities, including internal workflows and outsourced service providers.
• Prioritize, distribute, and schedule tasks across teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with deadlines and capacity.
• Monitor daily operational execution, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of legal activities.
• Manage and control operational backlog, ensuring visibility and organization of pending demands.
• Prepare and analyze daily operational reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Coordinate negotiations, alignments, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings, trainings, and operational alignment sessions with teams and partners.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives in workflows and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in supervisory or operational management roles.
• Experience managing internal and outsourced operational activities and workflows.
• Strong background in task prioritization, backlog control, and deadline management.
• Experience in preparing operational reports and performance tracking.
• Ability to lead meetings, trainings, and coordination sessions with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and results orientation.
• Intermediate computer literacy and comfort with operational systems and tools.
