Supervisor / Lead Administrative Clerk / MHE Operator

U.S. Army Logistics Support - Natick, Massachusetts

Position: Full-Time / On-Site

Caladwich is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Supervisor / Lead Administrative Clerk / Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator to support U.S. Army logistics operations in Natick, Massachusetts. This hands-on lead position combines GCSS-Army transaction processing, warehouse and material accountability duties, MHE operation, and day-to-day coordination of assigned personnel and workflow.

This position directly supports the accurate receipt, storage, issue, and accountability of Army materiel. The successful candidate will help maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations while providing technical continuity and leadership across administrative and MHE functions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide day-to-day leadership, work coordination, and technical guidance for the Administrative Clerk/MHE Operator function.

· Plan and prioritize receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, and material movement activities to meet mission requirements.

· Execute and oversee GCSS-Army transactions and applicable T-CODEs for receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, and posting goods receipts, including MIGO transactions.

· Manage storage-bin activity and support accurate placement, location control, and accountability of Government materiel.

· Generate and process Materiel Release Orders (MROs) and related documentation supporting warehouse issue and movement requirements.

· Research, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining accurate system and supporting records.

· Operate authorized MHE and forklift variants, including equipment with cargo capacities up to 36,000 pounds.

· Monitor work practices for compliance with Army supply procedures, property accountability requirements, and workplace safety standards.

· Communicate workflow status, issues, and operational requirements to Caladwich management and designated Government personnel.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

· Perform work in indoor and outdoor environments, including warehouses, open docks, and storage yards, under varying heat and cold conditions.

· Safely lift and carry material or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

· Wear required personal protective equipment and follow applicable safety procedures during material handling and equipment operations.

· Maintain accuracy, accountability, and compliance while handling Government material and executing logistics transactions.

· Work in environments that may be dirty or dusty and may involve exposure to cuts, scrapes, and bruises associated with warehouse operations.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on GCSS-Army experience equivalent to the WL-07 rank/grade level.

· Demonstrated knowledge of GCSS-Army transaction codes (T-CODEs) used for receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, posting goods receipts (MIGO), managing storage bins, generating MROs, and resolving inventory discrepancies.

· Experience leading or coordinating warehouse, administrative supply, or material-handling activities and personnel.

· Practical knowledge of Army supply, materiel accountability, and warehouse operations.

· Ability to maintain accurate records, organize workload, identify discrepancies, and communicate clear corrective guidance.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· Valid state-issued driver's license.

· Valid motor vehicle operator licenses for applicable MHE and forklift variants with cargo capacities up to 36,000 pounds.

· Ability to meet the physical and environmental demands described for the position.

· Ability to perform assigned duties in accordance with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR 735-5, ATP 4-12, and site safety requirements.
