Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Wine, Spirits, and Beer Supervisor onsite at our Food Store location in Emma Lake, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Food Store Team Leader responsibilities for this position include:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference
in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Supervise and motivate team members to meet productivity and customer experience standards.
• Assist the WSB department is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standard with a focus on
maintaining image and brand standards.
• Assist in cooler and warehouse organization, including storage, cleanliness, and product accessibility.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the completion of daily reports, reconciliations, and purchases.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Food Store and Wine, Spirits, and Beer environment.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted sales including tobacco, lottery, liquor, and fireworks.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving stock as assigned.
• Open and close the store as assigned.
• Assist in overseeing Food, Gas Bar, and C-Store operations as required.
• Act as an internal resource for staff and management on all related WSB inquiries.
• Champion the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures.
• Perform minor repairs to assets as required.
• Perform all other duties as required.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and meet the following:
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; retail liquor sales and supervisory experience considered assets.
• 19+ years of age; Serve It Right certification is considered an asset.
• Work unsupervised and plan and organize your own work and the work of others.
• Work well under pressure and are savvy with balancing and meeting multiple strict deadlines.
• Honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Point of Sale System experience are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.
• Ability to fulfill physical job requirements; standing for extended periods, lifting and moving cases of product (up to 50 lbs), navigating storage areas, and working in cold environments such as beer and walk in coolers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule; evenings and weekends are required.
• Willing and able to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certifications.
