ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
The person employed in this position is responsible for (including but not limited):
1.Assure all kinds of validation test complete according to the test plan
2.Assure internal lab smooth running
3.Lab Team management
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Lead Team to coordinate and monitor validation execution both in internal lab and 3rd party lab according to test plan. Review and approve test report before publishing
Ø Internal lab management including lab investment plan; equipment’s maintenance; lab system ( such as CNAS ) establish and maintain etc.
Ø In charge of lab team management including daily management, PR review , people development ,EHS etc.
Assure team capability meet business requirement
Ø Provide supports to AQP / R&D team for validation
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5 years’ Lab management experience for automotive electronic products, RF experience (such as familiar with RF testing equipment Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Audio Analyzer, Data acquisition cards etc.) is preferred.
3. Experience and knowledge of different OEM’s validation specs
4. Familiar with lab operation and validation equipment’s set up
5. Knowledge of IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001/CNAS is preferred
6. Good English communication skills
7. Workable computer skills
