Job Description

In charge of supervising of all Kitchen responsibilities, ensuring that all subordinates maintain proper cooking standards and cleanliness standards.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

• Ensure that all of the food is restocked, maintained at required temperatures and is distributed according to set portion controls at all times.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the food line and must always ensure that all areas are kept up to corporate standards.
• Ordering and receiving of kitchen materials
• Proper food rotation and the supervision of the F&B staff.
• Must be able to work under pressure, make split second decisions, ensure freshness and quality of product and be consistent.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 2 years experience in mid-high volume setting with 1 year of management experience. Must also be able to manage, train and help with employee issues. Additionally, must oversee the quality of the employee’s service skills as well as the sanitation and area upkeep.
• Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
• Must be at least 21. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Subject to pre-employment drug screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
