Newbold Services, LLC., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a hands-on Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in Port Gibson MS.

Hours: Monday-Friday (40-45)

Job Duties:

• To lead and to supervise associates.
• Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
• Employee training and counseling
• Conduct Inspections
• Assist with interviews and onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead and supervise.
• Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
• Steel toe shoes required.
• Must pass plant required testing to be considered for employment.

MUST pass drug screen and background check.
