Location: Orlando, FL | Schedule: Full Time | Onsite | Pay Range: $49,708-59,889 annually (Based on experience & qualifications)

LMG is seeking a Supervisor, Inventory Control Operations to lead warehouse floor execution, inventory accuracy, equipment accountability, and operational workflow supporting world-class live events. This role is responsible for supervising Lead Technicians and warehouse personnel while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory integrity, and readiness across fast-paced production environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Supervisor, Inventory Control Operations, you will oversee warehouse execution, inventory tracking, labor coordination, and operational readiness to support successful event production.

Warehouse Floor Leadership – Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse floor operations while providing leadership, direction, and support to Lead Technicians and warehouse personnel
Team Development & Coaching – Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance, accountability, technical knowledge, and leadership growth
Inventory Accuracy – Ensure all equipment is properly scanned, tracked, audited, and returned to correct warehouse locations while maintaining inventory integrity throughout movement processes
Equipment Oversight – Oversee operational accuracy of equipment staging, delivery preparation, return processing, and inbound/outbound workflows in partnership with Equipment Logistics, Transportation, and Quality Control teams
RFID & Inventory Systems – Support effective use of RFID technology, barcode scanning systems, and inventory tracking tools to improve visibility, accountability, and efficiency
Operational Workflow Management – Prioritize labor resources and workflows to support outbound preparation, inbound processing, returns, and show readiness
Shipping & Receiving Oversight – Supervise receiving, staging, return verification, and equipment processing to ensure accurate and damage-free handling of equipment
Documentation & Compliance – Maintain organized operational documentation including manifests, transfer records, packing lists, and return paperwork
Safety & Process Enforcement – Promote warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and best practices across operational areas
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Equipment Logistics, Transportation, Show Services, Technical Services, and Operations teams to support inventory readiness and execution
Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve RFID utilization, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, and warehouse workflows through continuous improvement initiatives
Operational Support – Assist with escalated operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and urgent production support needs as required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading warehouse, inventory control, or operational teams within live events, AV production, logistics, or related environments
• Experience with RFID systems, barcode scanning workflows, inventory tracking technology, or warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, equipment accountability, and operational best practices
• Proven leadership and coaching experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams in fast-paced operational environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in deadline-driven environments
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on operational accuracy, accountability, and process improvement
• Forklift certification preferred
• AV or live event industry experience preferred
