
The Supervisor – International Pay Services is responsible for governance, compliance, operational oversight, and strategic management of multi‑country payroll operations across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NORAM (excluding US domestic payroll). The role ensures payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and alignment with internal control standards through structured review frameworks, vendor governance, and disciplined stakeholder engagement. This position leads a distributed team of payroll specialists, driving accountability, process standardization, audit readiness, and scalable payroll operations. The role functions as a central governance authority to ensure operational excellence while reducing execution risk and key‑person dependency.
