We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor - Internal Audit with CA, ACCA, or CMA qualifications to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal audit team, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes to assess the effectiveness of controls and compliance with policies.
• Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports summarizing results and recommendations for management.
• Facilitate discussions with department heads to address audit findings and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in internal auditing to enhance audit methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, ACCA, or CMA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of internal auditing standards, regulations, and risk management practices.
• Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
