Job Title: Supervisor, Incline Base Camp
Job Pay Range: $16.00/hr.

Located in the beautiful town of Manitou Springs, Colorado, the Manitou Incline draws more than 2,000 guests per day. Work in the unique gift shop & coffee shop where you will be able to provide top notch hospitality and welcome guests into a gift shop representing the excitement, and awe of conquering the Manitou Incline. What you will be doing:
• Successfully operate espresso machine and prepare espresso- based drinks.
• Successfully operate blender to prepare fruit smoothie drinks.
• Abide by standards set in place by the El Paso Health Department
• Shift responsibilities of closing or opening at each day.
• Responsible for smooth operation of sales floor.
• Maintain adequate merchandise levels within company guidelines.
• Evaluate space allocations for retail items.
• Assign duties to workers and schedule break periods
• Train workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties.
• Keep inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Record delivery of merchandise compares records with merchandise ordered, and reports discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels.
• Inspect merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed.
• Recommend additions to our selection of merchandise to be sold in department.
• Listen to customer complaints, examines returned merchandise, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations.
• Assist sales workers in completing difficult sales
• Selling merchandise
• Audit cash receipts as per company policy.
• Plan store layout with retail manager and general manager

What we are looking for:
• Previous Management experience with including engaging guests, responding to concerns, executing product exchanges/returns/refunds/non-standard discounts/employee sales a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where project priorities, task deadlines, and assignments can change quickly and with little notice.
• A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision while working within the guidelines set by their supervisors.
• Valid Driver’s License required as this position may occasionally be required to transport guests, employees and/or inventory on or off site.

• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
