Organization:

MPHS-Mills-Peninsula Medical CenterSupervises and oversees the day-to-day activities related to the diagnostic imaging services that include mammography, breast ultrasound, mammography procedures, and Breast MRI services. Ensures consistent delivery of high value quality services to support effective outcomes consistent with regulatory requirements to include MQSA and ACR. Oversees and facilitates daily operations, and liaises with other patient care departments to ensure service integration, and safe and effective delivery of services. Establishes work priorities, and assists staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Implements and enforces adherence to department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, the Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and applicable laws and regulations Identifies and implements cost savings and best practices, using Lean or other process improvement methods and concepts. Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline and standardize workflows and procedures, and/or drive positive outcomes

EDUCATION:

HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
OR CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
OR RHM-Radiology Mammography

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience of Mammography experience

Pay Range is $83.18 to $112.28 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
