Job Description

**

Oversee daily operations and lead a team within a designated department of our hypermarket, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient stock management, and achievement of sales targets.

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise and motivate a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, merchandising standards, and minimizing shrinkage.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to achieving departmental sales goals and operational efficiency through effective planning and execution.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting as required.
* Collaborate with other supervisors and management to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
* Implement promotional activities and displays to attract customers and drive sales.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role within a hypermarket or large retail environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
