Objetivo del rol:
Controlar e implementar los elementos que componen el sistema SSOMA con el fin de minimizar pérdidas a las personas, equipos e instalaciones
Principales funciones:
- Asesorar a la línea de mando en la generación de inventario de riesgos de todos los procesos
- Participar en la elaboración de IPERC línea base y vigilar su actualización requerida
- Supervisar el uso de los equipos de protección asociados a las personas y equipos, como: fichas técnicas, certificaciones de calidad, etc.
- Capacitar en materia de SSOMA a todos los trabajadores. Anexo 5 y anexo 6 en mina.
- Generar informes mensuales sobre gestión SSOMA con la finalidad de documentar índices de accidentabilidad e incidencias.
- Realizar inspecciones mensuales con la finalidad de asegurar el cumplimiento de comportamientos seguros, políticas y procedimientos.
Requisitos:
Residir en Cusco.
2 años de experiencia como Supervisor SSOMA en plantas industriales.
Titulado y Colegiado en Ingeniero de Minas, Quimica, Geologo, Metalurgico, Seguridad e Higiene.
Diplomado o especializacion de seguridad con una duracion minima de 120 horas.
Conocimientos de leyes, decretos y reglamentos relacionados con la seguridad en actividades mineras.

In 2021, Enaex strengthened its presence in Australia by acquiring Downer Blasting Services.
