THE ROLE

We are looking for Supervisorsto join our team. As aSupervisor, youwillsuperviseall services for theassigned areato ensure ahigh-levelof guest satisfaction.Ensuring all state, local, and company policies are followed,while supportingtheirteam.If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will havestate-of-the-arttechnology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service.

  • Ensuresthe service requirements of each stand are fulfilled.

  • Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events.

  • Manage inventories, order supplies,andreceiveorders

  • Accounts for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues.

  • Conducts pre-shift meetings with assigned staff to reinforce training, provides updates on procedures and practices, and receives feedback from service personnel.

  • Supervise staff to ensure all team members are following laws and regulations, including following transactionpoliciesand checking IDs for every guest

  • Ensures staff follows proper uniform policy.

  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. 

  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management. 

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. 

  • Complete otherduties asassigned by management.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability toattainthe required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to workingevents

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age

  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able todemonstrateflexibility and quickly adapt to changes

  • Ability to be self-motivated and workindependentlyandwork well as a team player

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.


COMPENSATION

Competitive salarystarting at$20hourcommensurate with experience
