The HBCI Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of the HBCI program in their assigned counties, including staff HR tasks, training, and supervision; referral management; data collection and reporting; on-call coordination, short-term case coverage, and necessary administrative tasks. Additionally, HBCI Supervisors participate in on-call supervisor rotations for the program.

Requirements
You must have:
· New York licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, PhD, or PsyD) with relevant experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy, as well as mental health crisis intervention.
· Must be able to climb and descend stairs without assistance in settings not in compliance with or under the mandates of the Americans with Disability Act.
· Must be able to operate agency motor vehicles and possess a valid New York State operator’s license with a driving history acceptable to the agency.
You should:
· Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; maintain satisfactory working relationships with others; demonstrate patience, tact and courtesy; work independently and organize their workday efficiently.
· Meet deadlines, ensure compliance with agency policies, and oversee completion and timely maintenance of agency records.
· Utilize and expand knowledge of community-based mental health, social services, and support programs.
· Effectively support and supervise staff within the scope of their license and defined HBCI program responsibilities.

Astor Services is a community based, non-profit organization that provides children's mental health services, child welfare services, and early childhood development programs. Astor serves children and families in New York State's Mid-Hudson Valley region and the Bronx.
Through a wide variety of premier quality education and mental health services, Astor provides support for pre-schoolers, children with behavioral and emotional health problems, children at risk of placement in foster care, and families that need assistance in developing the skills necessary to raise their children in an environment filled with increasing challenges. Astor currently serves thousands of children each year through its prevention, early childhood, special education, community behavioral health and residential treatment programs.
