The Supervisor, Grounds and Conversion oversees the work product of the laborers and operators on duty. Responsibilities include assigning and directing work; addressing complaints; recommending solutions; and report any disciplinary concerns to the management. As well as working both indoors and outdoors throughout the grounds and various facilities both on site and off site. Perform duties including, but not limited to move, set-up and tear down of equipment for various events. Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work. As an active supervisor responsibilities include; operating heavy and mobile equipment.
