Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
2. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in import/export and transportation with a distributor or manufacturer.
3. A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
4. Prior experience within a logistics or supply chain environment.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Desired Qualifications

1. Strong background in warehouse operations and global logistics.
2. High level of technical acuity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office and SAP or similar ERP.
4. General knowledge of international trade and compliance requirements, including regulations such as EAR, HTS, CFR, NAFTA and AES.
5. Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
6. Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

$79,733 - $104,650 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)
