
Duties & Responsibilities (Quality)
o Managing and maintaining overall customer quality and internal system KPIs o Quality guarantees for products related to factory production and overseas imports o Managing long-term maintenance and development capabilities for quality competitiveness and knowledge required by clients - Role of work collaboration and communication intervention between team members and other departments o Routine AUDIT and improvement requirements tracking of outsourced partners for customer requirements (HKMC, GM) o Quality system, quality control and quality assurance LEVEL UP activities of outsourced suppliers o Continuous quality data management and on-site inspection of customer requirements of outsourced partners o New development PROJECT CFT activities and quality requirements Collaborate with other departments (development, sales, purchase, production) o Whether a process audit of a new outsourced partner and a decision on the adoption of the development of a new partner are made o Establish company quality policies and goals and maintain support o Internal maintenance and external audit of the quality certification system (IATF 16949/ ISO14001/ ISO 45001) o Determining and maintaining the accuracy and acceptance of internal manufacturing process product quality for customer requirements or customer satisfaction o Development and maintenance of quality documents o Quality system and tool training for internal departments (purchase, production, sales, CS, logistics) o Quality improvement measures for customer complaints (8D REPORT), process improvement plans, follow-up management for continuous improvement, and quality assurance communication with customers
<Requirements>
- At least 10 years of experience in automotive and quality fields - OEM (HKMC, GM, RENO, SSANGYONG) and TIER 1 Customer Requirements and Quality Assurance Work Experience - Requires effective communication and efficient management of internal and external ISSUE
- MS OFFIC and PRESENTATION SKILL possible - English (writing, speaking) - Ability to run an organization for leadership and long-term vision among team members - IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal Auditor and System Auditor - Quality Computing System (SAP, QIS)

- CORE TOOL / BIQS / Quality 5 Star / SQ-MARK / 5S / 4M / Reliability Test - Overall quality tooling techniques and development tooling knowledge - 6 SIGMA, LEAN
<Understanding the Business>
- Understand quality problem handling / troubleshooting / continuous improvement procedures and operational capabilities of the relevant systems through customer-centric thinking - Understand quality/environment/safety and health management system manuals, procedures, and guidance capabilities - Understand the requirements and associated systems and documentation capabilities of each OEM - Quality operation management and activities of outsourced partners - Understand quality LAB operations and reliability testing capabilities - Understanding Automotive Development PROCESS Capabilities
<Working Experience &/Or Technical Knowledge>
- IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Certified Auditor - MS OFFICE / PRESENTATION SKILL Ability Required - PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY FOR INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ISSUE - HKMC (5-STAR/SQ), GM (BIQS) experienced worker
<Education &/Or Professional Certification>
- Quality-related major completion - College graduates or higher - Car Quality Team Leader and 10+ years of experience in quality - English proficiency (speaking, writing)
