Participates in developing and implementing gallery procedure that will increase tour flow from marketing channels. Develops and manages materials and equipment and builds relationships with external vendors and internal associations. Evaluates programs/channel for generating tours and implements solutions to enhance tour flow capacity. Communicates gallery strategy to sales and marketing workforce. Builds and maintains relationships with sales management, and coordinates with them to address any problems. Manages the day-to-day activities of individual contributors, customer and teams. Participates in the performance management, coaching, and selection of the marketing workforce.
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Arrange working Schedules for Receptionist, Greeter and Hostess to make sure Sales Gallery operate with enough manpower. Maximize tour slot and occupancy by reviewing status daily report. Maintain Sales Gallery to be ready for Sales presentation at all operating time, including Gallery Temperature, stationary supplies, Beverages stocks, etc. Ensure daily tour reports, line rotation and any reports generated by Receptionists are complete correctly in timely manner. Conduct daily brief every morning with Receptionist, Greeter, Hostess and Gallery support’s positions to update what’s going on of the day and sharing useful information to all concerned persons.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 5 kgs. without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
