About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Fund Accounting - Real Estate team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will lead and manage accounting data migration between client, seller and third party providers, as well as identify processes, review provided information, take care of COA mapping and custom solutions.
• You will manage SPVs set-ups in Citco and client Yardi.
• You will be responsible for Incoming and Outgoing File Control: incoming file review, process flow, identification of missing documents and its timely collection according to internal Citco checklists.
• You will be preparing reconciliations for the assets and SPV acquisitions between acquisition documentation, purchase price calculation, cash movements and fund flows.
• You will coordinate with accounting and other relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs and IFRS standards, as well as capturing relevant financial information for client reporting and calculation models.
• You will assist in Project Management with New Business: New clients onboarding, Organic growth onboarding, process improvements.
• You will lead and contribute to internal process improvement projects.
• You will draft task performance procedures and/or operational memorandum.
• You will participate in client operational calls as well as onboarding calls between Client, Seller, former accountants and Citco.
• You will effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies.

About You:

• You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics; CPA or CFA preferred
• You have minimum 3 years of Big 4 or large mid-size public accounting firm experience preferred
• Working knowledge of RE or PE SPV accounting
• Experienced in servicing clients in the asset management industry is a plus
• Possess strong project management skills with a high attention to details required
• Strong team player who exhibits strong communication and written skills
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
• Able to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
• If You have a Fund Accounting and IT skills it’s a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
