What you will do?

• Coordinate and supervise event setup, service, and pack-down activities.
• Set up dining areas, cafés, meeting rooms, conference spaces, banquet halls, and event venues according to client requirements.
• Ensure tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, buffet stations, coffee stations, and service areas are correctly arranged.
• Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure venue presentation and operational readiness.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all activities run according to schedule.

More about you

• Experience in functions supervision
• Experience in events is beneficial
• Strong skills in computer literacy, communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Ability to work varied hours to meet business demands
