Job Description

This position oversees the daily administration of sales and post sales group in the Foreclosure Department. The Supervisor oversees workflow and process efficiencies for assigned group.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in implementation of all aspects of the department’s policies, objectives, and initiatives. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Supervise and mentor staff in assigned group, including but not limited to participating in training, performance reviews, assigning and prioritization of duties.
  • Subject matter expert for escalation and direction on more complex foreclosure and document issues.
  • Recommend and implement process improvement strategies. Identify efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Maintain revenue and production goals
  • Ensure quality controls are in place to reduce risk of internal and external audit findings.
  • Adhere strict compliance to state and federal statutes and regulations.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job does require supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years’ relevant legal work experience, preferably with Foreclosure experience
  • Knowledge of the Foreclosure process; sales process preferrable
  • Previous supervisory or lead role experience in a team environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Possess strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills, thoroughness and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advance level in Microsoft Office/Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong teamwork orientation; willingness to work with others to meet common goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work.
  • Familiarity with basic foreclosure laws and rules.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Demonstrate strong supervisory/leadership skills
  • Gather relevant information; consider broad range of issues and factors; perceive relationships among diverse information; and use logic effectively
  • Setting efficient work priorities; working on several tasks simultaneously; effectively balancing important and urgent – and short-term and longer-term –tasks
  • Making timely and effective decisions
