LMG is seeking a Supervisor, FlexForce Programs to lead the growth, readiness, and deployment of our FlexForce student technician workforce. This role is focused on coaching, workforce development, technician training, and labor coordination to ensure technicians are prepared to support world-class live events with confidence and technical excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Supervisor, FlexForce Programs, you will oversee technician development, workforce planning, training initiatives, and scheduling coordination to support operational success and long-term talent growth.
• Technician Development & Coaching – Develop, mentor, and coach FlexForce Technicians through individualized growth plans focused on technical skills, leadership, and career progression
• Training Program Management – Design, oversee, and improve technician training focused on breakout room setup, troubleshooting, signal flow, client interaction, and technical execution
• Career Path Development – Partner with technical leadership to establish clear advancement pathways aligned with technician performance, skill development, and workforce needs
• Onboarding & Readiness – Ensure technicians are prepared through onboarding, hands-on training, mentorship opportunities, and continuous learning programs
• Technical Leadership – Serve as an onsite technical lead when required, modeling best practices in troubleshooting, breakout room coordination, and customer service
• Labor Database Management – Maintain technician records including certifications, technical proficiencies, availability, and experience levels
• Technician Scheduling & Resource Planning – Coordinate technician assignments based on show requirements while optimizing labor utilization and technician growth opportunities
• Workforce Optimization – Strategically align technicians with assignments that strengthen skills, expand experience, and support career development
• Travel Coordination – Research, coordinate, and confirm travel logistics for technicians supporting events nationwide
• Operational Collaboration – Partner cross-functionally with Show Services, Technical Services, and Operations teams to support workforce planning and event readiness
• Industry Awareness & Innovation – Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, technical standards, and production trends to improve workforce preparedness and training initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• Experience leading technical teams within live events, AV production, hospitality technology, or related technical environments
• Proven success in coaching, workforce development, training, or technician leadership
• Experience with technician scheduling, staffing coordination, or workforce deployment preferred
• Strong understanding of live event technology, breakout room environments, troubleshooting, signal flow, and technical operations
• Experience developing or facilitating structured training programs preferred
• Strong organizational, scheduling, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, event-driven environments
• Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Passion for developing talent and building scalable workforce solutions
