Position Summary

Job Summary:

Administer and manage operations of Field Service, reconfiguration, distribution and other departments required in a regional facility and satellites by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees in coordination with direct Managers & Regional Director

Essential Job Functions:

· Coordinates field service operations in accordance with company policies and principles to facilitate installing, converting, servicing and maintaining product in the field.

· Communicates and visits with customers and internal departments to evaluate and promote first-in-class customer support in service area.

· Could Perform Site Visits and Ride-Alongs with service personnel

· Assist with develop and evaluate training for personnel.

· Develop and implement operational processes.

· Identify Field Service challenges and help develop solutions in coordination with direct managers.

· Develops and recommends plans for efficient use of company resources.

· Coach, mentor and lead by example all personnel reporting to the position.

· Responsible for proper monitoring and inventory of company assets within area of responsibility.

· Evaluates labor requirements recommends adjustments as needed within budget requirements.

· Ensures timely product reconfiguration and installation schedules by coordinating the sales order process through support departments and customer interaction.

Qualifications

Salary:

The targeted pay range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School diploma; A/A, technical school or equivalent work experience

Experience:

A minimum of two years of experience in Field Service.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

· Ability to manage field operations.

· Must be innovative, forward thinking and flexible.

· Proven ability to manage personnel in a service operations environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and customer service orientation.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Accomplished PC skills including MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet. Oracle ERP skills a plus; any ERP experience a plus.

· Keen understanding of Gaming Devices & Associated Equipment.

· Ability and willingness to travel on short notice.

Physical Requirements:

Work Conditions: May require weekend and evening hours. May require travel. Working conditions similar to those of other comparable positions in the industry
