Job Description

  1. Employee Management
  • Recruit and select employees to support business operations.
  • Organize employee training on product knowledge and store regulations.
  • Communicate and reinforce the company’s Five Rules with team members.
  • Plan and coordinate employee on-the-job training at stores or branches before official deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support, supervision, and team engagement to maintain employee performance and retention.
  1. Store Operations & Execution
  • Prepare work equipment, product information, documents, and other materials required for store operations.
  • Check and monitor Out-of-Stock (OOS) items in the system.
  • Verify promotional activities, rental spaces, price tags, and advertising materials against information provided by the Sales team.
  • Identify opportunities to secure additional promotional or special display spaces within stores.
  • Monitor product displays and merchandising activities to ensure compliance with the company’s Five Rules.
  • Check inventory levels to ensure sufficient product availability.
  • Visit stores and coordinate with store managers and department supervisors to support smooth operations.
  • Record store visit findings, identify operational issues, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
