Location: Washington, Oregon, Idaho & Montana (Regional Travel Required)
Caliber is seeking a motivated and organized Supervisor, Field Construction to oversee facility maintenance, repair, and construction projects throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role is responsible for managing facility improvement initiatives, coordinating contractors and vendors, ensuring project completion, and maintaining operational standards across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with facilities management, construction, or project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects while traveling throughout the region.
This position operates in both professional office settings and active construction environments. Responsibilities require regular use of standard office equipment, including computers and mobile devices, as well as frequent travel throughout the assigned region.
