This role requires a highlymotivated, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and performs well under pressure. The supervisor will utilize strong critical-thinking skills to develop innovative,practical solutions for both routine and complex challenges. A successful Facilities Maintenance Supervisor collaborates closely with team members, gathers input from various stakeholders, and consistently evaluates processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Also to lead and coordinates theactivitiesofsmallgroupsofmaintenancepersonnel.Thispositionplacesstrongemphasison safety,operationaleffectiveness,budget-consciousdecisionmaking,andhigh-quality workmanship.
