
Supervisor will Interview, train and oversee staff
Prepares employee schedules
Monitor and order supplies for the department
Complete employee daily task assignments for assigned shift
Respond to customer request and complaints in a timely manner
Process payroll for employees assigned
Performs employee orientation, evaluations and disciplinary tasks
Maintains a working knowledge of the diversity elements of the organization
Demonstrates the ability to use EPIC
Develops and implements educational programs to ensure continual person professional growth.
Attends all required safety training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, specific job-related hazards and national patient safety goals.
Ensures proper staffing levels
Consistently follows hospital and department policies and procedures
Assis or be directly responsible for off-site locations operations as assigned by Coordinator or Director
Ensures positive customer interactions which includes Manages difficult or emotional situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve services, responds to request for service and assistance. Meets commitments
